These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Naviontel website (naviontel.com) and the Naviontel indoor wayfinding platform ("Service"), operated by Naviontel ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into a service agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided as part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Service without prior written consent.

3. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@naviontel.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Venue Operator Responsibilities

If you are a venue operator using Naviontel to provide indoor wayfinding to visitors:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of floor plans, POI labels, and routing graph data uploaded to the platform.
• You must ensure that campaign content (promotions, advertisements) complies with applicable laws, including consumer protection and advertising standards.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or consents for deploying kiosks or QR anchors in your venue.

5. Intellectual Property

The Naviontel platform, including its design, code, algorithms, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by Naviontel. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. Floor plans, POI data, and campaign content uploaded by venue operators remain the property of the respective operators.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naviontel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to navigation errors, routing inaccuracies, or service downtime.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naviontel, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website.
